Effective date: 21 October 2026.
Unused balance is refundable within 30 days of the deposit, on request from your wallet.
What "unused" means
Your balance is spent on clicks, and spending always uses your oldest deposit first. The refundable amount of a deposit is the part of it that has not been spent on clicks yet. Your wallet shows that amount on each deposit that can still be refunded. The $5 test order pays for its own test clicks; it is not a deposit you can ask back.
How to ask
Open your wallet, find the deposit and choose Request a refund. You can ask for all of the unused part or less; a refund is at least $1. If one of your orders is running and has bought clicks since the deposit, pause it first, then ask. Every refund is reviewed by a person before it is sent, normally within 2 business days. We may decline a request while an order it funded is still running, or where we see abuse; if we decline, the money stays in your balance.
Where the money goes
A refund goes back the way the money came:
- Card: to the same card. Money added by card is refunded to that card only, so while card money you have not spent is in your balance, a crypto, Wise or wire deposit is refundable only for the part above it. Write to us and we refund the card money to that card.
- Crypto: in USDT on Tron (TRC-20), whatever coin you paid in, to an address you give us when you ask.
- Wise or bank wire: to the bank account that sent it.
Fees
We refund at most what was credited to your balance. Fees added on top when you paid, or taken by the processor or network, are not refunded, and the cost of sending a crypto or bank refund comes out of the refund.
After the window
After 30 days, your balance stays for buying clicks. It never expires.
Delivered clicks
Delivered clicks are final: see all sales final. Only invalid traffic we remove ourselves is credited back to your balance.
