Short answers to the questions people ask before their first order or stream. For your account, a deposit or a payout, write to us.
- What does SharpTraffic cost?
- Nothing per transaction. There is no commission and no listing fee. Network fees for crypto deposits and payouts are passed through at cost and shown before you confirm. The exchange is paid by the 5% of sold clicks that go to our own funnels.
- How do I pay, and how do I get paid?
- In crypto only: USDT (TRC-20), USDT (ERC-20) or BTC through NOWPayments. Buyers prepay a balance from $50. Sellers withdraw any time once the balance is $50 or more; there is no hold.
- Which order gets a click?
- The orders that match the click and the seller's minimum. A better price wins more often, and orders that have been waiting longest get their turn, so a fair bid still fills. You never pay more than your max, and the seller receives the full price.
- What if the traffic is bad?
- You protect yourself up front with filters, quality thresholds and the choice of sellers, mid-flight by pausing, editing or cancelling, and afterwards by blocking a seller. Delivered clicks are final; there is no dispute process.
- Do I put the SharpTraffic link in my emails?
- No. Keep mailing your own tracking link and set it to redirect to your SharpTraffic stream link. The SharpTraffic link itself never goes into an email. Send your test clicks the same way.
- Why do sellers send 200 test clicks first?
- So that every live stream carries measured numbers before anyone buys from it. The test clicks go to our own funnels; a stream needs at least 25% opt-in and at most 8% bad IPs to go live. A failed test can be retried.
- What does the 5% skim mean for a seller?
- For every 100 clicks a live stream sells, about 5 more are routed to our funnels, invisibly and only while there is a buyer. They keep your measured quality current and are how the exchange earns. Nothing is skimmed when no order matches.
- Who sees my name?
- Sellers choose a public display name (a brand or handle, not a legal name) and buyers see it next to the seller's grades, volume and stream categories. Buyers are anonymous to sellers. There is no messaging and no profile beyond the measured numbers.
- Can I cancel an order?
- Yes, at any time. A cancelled order stops winning clicks immediately and the unspent balance stays in your wallet. Orders can also be paused and resumed.
- Is there an API?
- Not yet. API keys are planned after launch.
