Every click sold on SharpTraffic is final at the moment it is delivered.
- A delivered click is never re-classified, credited, refunded or deducted afterwards, whatever is later learned about it.
- There is no dispute process. Support handles accounts, deposits and payouts only.
- Buyers control quality before a click is bought: filters, a minimum opt-in rate, a sales grade and a maximum price. They can pause, edit or cancel an order at any time, and block a seller afterwards so that seller never matches their orders again.
- Sellers are paid the full clearing price of every sold click, with no hold, and nothing is ever clawed back.
- Unsold, filtered and returned clicks are never charged to anyone.
This is the whole policy. It is part of the terms of service.
